Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Nomadic Stars we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for returns the product must be in the original condition that you received them in. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders.

For mail orders please indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange or refund.

This policy excludes custom embroidery, promotional item and screen print orders.
