Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of applying decorative designs onto fabric using a needle. Embroidery can be applied to hats, bags, shirts, and jackets. Note that if a jacket is waterproof that the location of the embroidery will no longer be waterproof being that a needle will be poking through the coat to thread it.
Screen Printing
Waterbased Inks
Waterbased inks are a great choice for a light weight breathable print. Waterbased inks are suitable for cotton and triblend garments but not for 50% Cotton/50% Polyester. Polyester does not allow the waterbased inks to bind, so the print will come out with a more dull look.
Plastisol Inks
Plastisol inks are best for 50% cotton/50% polyester garments. These inks produce vibrant colors and are able to PMS color match. We incorporate many different methods to keep the hand (feel) soft while keeping the colors true, to match to the PMS Coated color book. All of our inks are non-phalate and we offer PVC free inks as well.
Digital Printing
DTG (Direct-to-Garment)
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a great option for full color imagery on 100% cotton garments. This method is suitable for smaller quantities that need a lot of ink colors. This process is not suitable for blended fabrics. DTG is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. Similar to an ink jet printer printing on paper, but on clothing.
Digital Squeegee
Digital Squeegee (Hybrid Printing) is most efficient for quantities starting at 250 or higher. Digital Squeegee is a waterbased ink process that is directly applied to garments like DTG (Direct to Garment) printers. The process is more cost effective compared to DTG for larger quantities. The process is also the perfect solution for those that want photorealistic images in large quantities
Heat Transfer
DTF (Direct to Film)
DTF printing involves printing a design onto a piece of film using water-based inks and a special powder adhesive. Then, the design on the film is heat transferred to fabric using a heat press machine. This process is suitable for most fabrics as well as on promotional items, bags etc. We recommend this process for small orders, rush orders, as well as for full color imagery.
